When editing a DNS zone, there is a checkbox that says "Always accept mail locally even if the primary mx does not point to this server." I can uncheck this, but the domain does not get removed from /etc/localdomains, and the next time I look at the DNS zone, it is checked again. What do I need to do in order to successfully remove a domain from /etc/localdomains within cpanel?

In the meantime, I have added /etc/remotemaildomains which I manually add domains to, since removing a domain from /etc/localdomains is not permanent. The domain will be added back the next time the DNS zone is edited.
