    Let see ....

When I create a reseller I assign an IP to them ... ie. : 10.10.10.5 .... when the main IP is 20.20.20.1 ... ok?

well... the accounts created by this reseller are okey ... except that ....
ftp.domain.com points to 20.20.20.1 instead of the 10.10.10.5 that should point.

    DNS example :

    ; cPanel 5.x
    ; Zone file for sion-mexico.com
    @ 14400 IN SOA ns1.premiumbw.com. xeon.cascompany.com. (
    1053536311 ; serial, todays date+todays
    28800 ; refresh, seconds
    7200 ; retry, seconds
    3600000 ; expire, seconds
    86400 ) ; minimum, seconds

    sion-mexico.com. 14400 IN NS ns1.premiumbw.com.
    sion-mexico.com. 14400 IN NS ns2.premiumbw.com.
    sion-mexico.com. 14400 IN A 209.51.135.17

    localhost.sion-mexico.com. 14400 IN A 127.0.0.1

    sion-mexico.com. 14400 IN MX 0 sion-mexico.com.

    mail 14400 IN CNAME sion-mexico.com.
    www 14400 IN CNAME sion-mexico.com.
    ftp 14400 IN A 63.247.65.98

as you see here ... the 63.* is the MAIN SERVER IP ... while the 209.* is the reseller IP ....

    Is this okey ?

    Is this a BUG ?

I would prefer to have ftp pointed to the reseller IP TOO.... my resellers wants everything under their IP.

    Thanks!

Does "Manage Reseller Main Shared/Ipless Ip" show the correct IP?

Well... yes, actually I have the IP assigned to the reseller (that's why all the sites are created on that IP) ... but there's a problem with DNS's that it always put the main server IP for the ftp.* subdomain.

    Can anyone check their DNS?
(and see if your resellers with IP are sufferign for the same issue)

    Thanks! :)

FTP accounts under resellers will always have the main server ftp IP and not the reseller IP.
