My SQL usage shot-up from around 4 to 30 and root's top process shows a script called ./domassmodify

What is this ./domassmodify script and how do I trace the reason for this sudden jump in MySQL usage. Are both these activities related?

    Main >> Server Status >> CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage

    mysql 30.34 84.18 0.0

    root 2.14 5.30 0.0

    Top Process %CPU 36.5 /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/whostmgr2 ./domassmodify

Also, chkrootkit did not report any malicious activity ..

    I am on RHEL.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions?
