Don't Backup Email Accounts.

Wasn't sure if I should post this in the email category or not.

I have some users who have 30GB+ in emails and it's kinda eating at my disk space on my server. the websites which I host are relatively small 500MB-5GB. I am using Incremental backups (Non-Legacy) but it seems like the only option I have to play with is SQL Databases.
is there a way to also chose not to backup email accounts?
