Hi. I have a problem with the backup of the database operated by cPanel -> Backup -> Download a MySQL Database Backup
cPanel Version 11.38.0 (build 7)
from the date of 'May 8 onwards all dump extrapolated in this way show errors such as special characters instead of letters with accents.

And so the backup is unusable. I think that the problem is a different encoding dump introduced in some updates from the date of May 8, in fact everything worked perfectly previously.
If I do a dump (export) of the same database from PhpMyAdmim everything works properly.
This anomaly occurs in all areas (different zones and database).
