    I dont know if this is something you can do in cPanel, and if not, Im sorry. Please direct me to the correct place if possible.

    What I want to do is block people from using Download Managers on my site. What can I do to block them?

    Nothing really. If they emulate a browser, there's nothing you can do about it.
