New Themes for resellers

My supplier offers standard CPanel. Am I reseller, can I create or to acquire new skins, and to install in my accounts?

Sorry that i took this long guys.
we had some network problems and so busy days...
i will complete new theme as soon as possible,

about your question that you are reseller and you want to install new panel, it deponds on your provider, we dont let user do that ourselve. since there is no reason for that, reseller is the only person which can see the whm panel.

Since we can we make themes for WHM? I thought Nick did not allow that?

Have I been in the dark for a long time:p lol. I have not been to these board before today, in quite a while.
