I did these steps for techna.news website and it worked :
- login cpanel
- go to ssl status
- check mark your target domain
- click "issue" button.
finish ;)

Let's Encrypt should automatically create the Apache/exim/dovecot config to include the intermediate (chain) file. You don't have to do anything.

What are you trying to do?
Hi
I have created a cname, now I have to submit the related files to the company to which the cname is attached to upload to their server.

for example: my site is domain.com
cname: test.domain.com

Thanks

I'm still not completely sure what you're trying to do with the cname. Can you get us more details about the configuration?
Hi
cname is connected to a company (SMS panel provider) and they told me I should give them the purchased or created SSL files and I created the key and crt files but on site SSL Checker When I enter the cname, a written error stating that the chain file is not installed.

Let's Encrypt will not issue the SSL if it does not resolve to the cPanel server. If you are hosting the sub-domain (CNAME) on a different server, then you either need Let's Encrypt there or you need to buy a commercial certificate and upload it there.

But some of our competitors have done it!
