download theme not working

When I select a theme to download in WHM, I get to save the file, for instance iconic.gz to my local machine. But it won't open?

What stupid thing am I doing wrong. I'd really rather not go and tar up these theme files manually since the option is right there on WHM.

Yup, doing that to me too. It worked when the feature was first inserted, as I have worked on a theme from it.. But if I even get past a 0 byte file, the file is always corrupt.
