Downloading branding?

Hi guys

I've uploaded all my branding logos and added just a little html. Then I download my modified package to distribute it to other servers, but the x3.cpbranding file, when I open it, is simply part of the html page for an internal server error.

I've looked for fixes, but no dice. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If you performed some custom branding in the cPanel interface for the cPanel interface itself (not a website you created) and it isn't transferring well to other servers, if you have root access I would recommend submitting a support request so our support team can analyze what is (or isn't) happening and help resolve that issue.

I'll try on another server first and see whether I have any better luck. If not, I'll let you know via ticket.

Hello, did you get a fix for this? I'm experiencing the same problem.

- In WHM, I go to Cpanel "Branding"
- Click on "X3 [edit live]"
- Make changes to a theme
- Go to "Download/Delete Branding"
- Click on "Download Yours"
- And save it to disk.

When I look at the downloaded file, it is only:

HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Error
Server: cpsrvd/11.2.2
Content-type: text/html

<HTML><HEAD>
<TITLE>500 1</TITLE>
      </HEAD><BODY>
      <H1>1</H1>
      <pre>
      Could not find  branding: No such file or directory
      </pre><hr>
      <address>cpsrvd/11.2.2 Server at ##.##.##.##</address>
      </BODY></HTML>
Any Ideas?
