I like to know is there any way to download the full stable version before installing ?

I've tried it twice to use the wget command but both time fails, along the way my eth0 will get deactivated and den the system crashes and need to reformat and reinstall.

No, there isn't. The installation process is done over the inernet and you should follow the installation procedure on cPanel's website. If you're getting errors, what are they?

Since it is a new installation, I would suggest that you contact cPanel. Either use their ticket system or email billing@cpanel.net
