New to cPanel so please forgive ignorance

I have read some of the posts that state cPanel compiles system binaries when installed, this could cause me some problems as I have to build a fully resilient core system. this is going to involve 2 resilient database servers connected via ssh tunnel and not installed on the application server that is going to contain cPanel and its core products.

Network topology fallover load balancers, 2 application servers running WHM and cPanel connecting to 2 master master MySQL servers.

So the question is, is this possible, I start testing this implementation next week so would be glad to hear from someone who has already done something similar

    many thanks
