Duplicate emails

    A customer complained today that he got duplicate emails from as far back as Oct 4th.

    I checked the main account (inbox) and noticed this;
    Anyone have a clue what this might be?

    I believe that you get that if you switch from POP3 mail retrieval to IMAP and then back again.

    nope do not think so,
    I do know this now,

    The customer is using both PC and MAC and it appears not to be only an issue with the MAC computers.

    I believe they may have a setting in their email reader set wrong but not sure where to tell them to look.

    Do you think I should at least null out the inbox for the main account?
