Duplicate forwards email issue

Hello

my email address is [email protected]

in cpanel [email protected] forward to [email protected]

again [email protected] also forward to [email protected]

again [email protected] also forward to [email protected]

when any one mail to [email protected] and cc to [email protected] and [email protected] then [email protected] received 3 mail.

I want setup if the mail and subject is same then [email protected] will received only one mail.

How could i setup same mail will received only once.

This is a normal behavior as the mentioned ids are redirected to [email protected]. The mail server will not distinguish To, Cc or Bcc when performing mail forwarding. You may check the possibilities of custom rules through Account Level and User Level mail filtering to achieve the task.

i don't see any option at Account Level and User Level mail filter.
