Dynamic Mass Email Function

Hi,

Is it possible to create a mailing list ie [email protected] on cPanel that would email all email accounts on cPanel? I am looking for a dynamic list, so that I won't have to update it when a new email account is created or an existing one is deleted.

If such a list can be created, can it be accessed from other domains or cPanels? (let's say from [email protected].

There isn't anything like that but you can email all cPanel users on the account by going to WHM>>Acccount Functions>>Email All Users
