E-Commerce Server (Interchange) Ploblem

When i try to start the E-Commerce Server (Interchange) service through whm is says this error "interchange has failed, please contact the sysadmin (result was "interchange is not running"). " what is the ploblemand how do i resolve this

How old is this server, where you running interchange on it originally? Interchange is no longer supported in cpanel these days, they still have the code functionality in cpanel for older installations.

If nobody is using Interchange on your server, disable it!!
