E-Mail Auto Delete

Hello,

We use webmail, the system automatically deletes existing emails after an hour and they are not in the trash.

Has anyone had a problem like this before?

Hey there! There's nothing in cPanel by default that would be performing this type of email deletion.

Is it possible there is a mail client connected to the address, and the messages are being downloaded to that system?

Outlook is used, but after 14 days from the server there, I checked the delete part is turned off.
