Our business uses CPanel Mail Management. What is the best way to add a confidentiality tag to the end of each e-mail without having each account simply add it to the signature? Is there a better, easier way to do this?

    Thanks so much!

There's no such function in cPanel, you'd have to do that at the client end. However, if you are the server admin, you could use a third-party email scanning tool that may be able to add such a signature. MailScanner provides such a function, but has to be installed by the server admin.
