When using e-mailforwarders and sending an e-mail of 10 MB to the address, how much traffic is generated?

Is this: 0 MB because it is forwarding

Or is this: 20 MB: 10 MB received and 10 MB sent

    Or is it something else.

Technically it should be 10 megs in and 10 megs out. But I don't believe cPanel/WHM bandwidth stats are accurate.

No because http traffic will then be pulled from the other site/server. With mail forwarding the mail needs to enter the server and then be pushed back out.
