    Hi,

I trying the pipe e-mail to Perldesk cgi and it works fine BUT all who send
HTML e-mail to that address recives an error message.
Plain Text e-mail is fine but not HTML.

BUT all e-mails goes through ok, both HTML and Text but it still sends
    the error message anyway.

Error when sending an HTML formated e-mail in outlook:

    pipe to |/home/xxxx/public_html/support/include/email.cgi
    generated by support@xxxx.se ------

    [Fri Aug 20 12:38:21 2004] email.cgi: Couldn't store '': Is a directory at /home/xxxx/public_html/support/include/email.cgi line 33

This is a bug in the way Perldesk is parsing the email message. There is already a thread over on the logicnow forums but the support over there is very lacking at the moment.

That is a laugh. I've had their product (perlbill) for a looong time and support has always been lacking. One of the final fixes we are doing is to get html emails to work correctly. Be interested if you find a fix.
