E-mail problem :(

    i dont know what the problem is but i need to fix it real fast and i would shure need help if i try to send e-mail i get this in return

    This does not look like a cPanel issue, however

    Our mailer would reject that as well, it is coming from

    Which is an intranet IP, so verification checks will fail.

    Also note:

    Which is either a temporary or permanent block.

    so what is best for me to do to fix this issue ? i have my static ip adress on the server.Idont know why my intranet ip comes up ?

    Check IP blacklist at http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

    Give us some more information:

    1. Where are you sending the email from (home, work, your cPanel server)
    2. Who are you sending the email to (an email account on your own server some email account on some other server)
    3. How are you sending the email (which mailer? outlook from your home, exim from your cPanel server, a script)
    4. What account are you sending from (home, cpanel server, a script etc...)

    When I first read the message I assuemed you were sending mail from a mail program on your computer (outlook etc...) using a mail account on your cPanel server and it was your own server rejecting the mail. If you can provide more information I bet we could suggest something better.

    yes my cpanel server is on my lan but the server has the static ip to it..and i am using windows default e-mail client to send and receive and i was trying to send to one of my friend using e-mail that i made on my server with cpanel and my friends e-mail is not on my cpanel server so i thougt it would just work but no it did not and then i got the first error message i try to e-mail me from my isp e-mail to my cpanel server e-mail address and it did not work..
    And now i tried to send me e-mail using gmail but to anothe e-mail on my server and this is what i am getting

    Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 relay not permitted (state 14).

    What happens if you try to send the email from your cPanel webmail?

    BTW a lot of people use spamhaus, that is part of your problem, you should find out why you are listed, the email will fail on a lot of receiving servers.

    It may be "green" everywhere else, but the ones you list are the main lists most use.

    so what can i do to fix this ? do i have to send them all e-mail ? and tell them to not list me ?

    Most of those places have a link on thier main web page with information on how to get delisted, some just have to expire after a certain amount of time with no more spam complaints.

    Stop the spam problem, whatever that is. Change the main IP to something else.

    webmail

    my website at justcaricatures.co.uk is hosted by whitecane media. They have set up an email address for me so I can use this new email in microsoft outlook 2007. I have been assured that if i go to (mysite)/webmail I can configure it to work with outlook. However I am stopped from entering webmail because when I put in my username and passord as requested by the cpanel window I am told wrong log in details.
    I have been in touch with my host and they have since changed the password and have told me they have been into the account and all seems to be working...so why can't i get in? I hope someone can help. Many thanks JD:mad::confused:
