E-mail que fica "In Progress"

    Tem um remetente que envia e-mail, porém o mesmo não é rejeitado nem aceito: ele fica apenas "In Progress", mesmo passando dias não ocorre a entrega, o que pode ser feito?

    Could you let us know the output from /var/log/exim_mainlog for an affected message? You can check with a command such as:

    Code:
    exigrep MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Replace MSGID with the actual message ID (e.g. 1bVMIH-0005qD-0M in your example).

    O que me chamou atenção foi:

    Mas não entendi por que? observação, o e-mail de destino não excluir os spam(Spamassssin), apenas marca as mensagens.

    Check to see if you have SpamAssassin enabled for outgoing email under the "Apache SpamAssassin Options" tab in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager":

    "Scan outgoing messages for spam and reject based on the Apache SpamAssassin™ internal spam_score setting [?]"

    If so, you could adjust the "Scan outgoing messages for spam and reject based on defined Apache SpamAssassin™ score" value on the option below to something less restrictive to allow the message through.

    Eu alterei esta opção

    Apache SpamAssassin™: bounce spam score threshold

    Pelo log vi que a pontuação de spam era 3.4, então coloquei a opção acima com valor 5.

    Pelo que entendi, as mensagens com pontuação acima do valor definido na opção acima, será excluída automaticamente.

    Parece que o problema foi resolvido.
