E-mail queue does not empty

    Hi

    E-mail queue does not empty its like second time its happens first time was when i do a server transfert like one year ago now its happen again with no reason and its seems old e-mail come back when its was deleted

    the main problem are its seems this problem affect only one of my user


    the default e-mail settings are set up this way : Forward to your system account “g*****”

    for spam assassin : SpamAssassin is currently Disabled.

    Well seriously im very not sastisfied with the lack of support from cpanel i post this on 03-13-2012 and still no answer

    well i will give more information anyway and prey for an anwser

    at the moment i dont think old e-mail come back but i know for sure the e-mail does not get deleted because my customer site web are 600 mb and he use near 2 gb

    my client use hotmail to get his e-mail trough his own domain

    any help would be more then appreciated

    If you need direct support for a question, please consider submitting a ticket in the future. With root access to the machine, you can submit a ticket in WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature.

    As for the issue, I'm uncertain I understand about being unable to delete emails in the queue. Are these emails delivering to that user's account to push the account over quota, or are they unable to deliver because the account is over quota? What exactly are you trying to do in what area of cPanel or WHM that isn't working?
