Hello, i would like to ask is there any way to make web page where visitors will be able register their email accounts without webmaster. But webmaster must verify email registrations, so bots, and spamers cant take e-mail for spamming. I would like to create subdomain email.mydomain.com where users will register thair free mail @mydomain.com

    Is that possible?

Sounds like you're trying to set yourself up to be an email provider, correct? I know there have been many posts about people becoming email providers over at WebHostingTalk.com. However, offhand I'm not sure if the scripts mentioned there were designed specifically to integrate with cPanel/WHM. Granted, these were also people with scripts hoping to provide thousands of accounts, not sure about the scale of what you're trying to do.
