What is the exact error message you are receiving when trying to log into RoundCube or Squirrelmail?

Do you have root SSH access to the machine or only cPanel access to the machine? If you have root SSH access, then try running the following command:

    Code:
    /scripts/whoowns domain.com
Please replace domain.com with your domain name. Next, please check the Roundcube logs in root SSH:

    Code:
    tail -500 /var/cpanel/roundcube/log/errors
If you only have cPanel access to the machine, please ask your host to investigate this further, since you will need to be able to review the error logs and domain ownership to see what might be happening.
