I am having an issue with e-mail subdomains. When ever I send an e-mail to a subdomain on my server (name@sub.mydomain.com) I get an error something like :

refused relay (host) to &name@sub.mydomain.com& from &my@email.com& H=(host17.nocdirect.com) [66.227.56.19] (failed to find host name from IP address)

THis error tells me that my ISP's e-mail server's IP 66.227.56.19 does not have reverse dns. I wanted to tell my ISP to setup reverse DNS to that IP when I noticed that this seems to happen to all my subdomain e-mails (some domain e-mails also), even when sending from yahoo the same error exists.

    Please help.
