E-mail user is not working...

    Hello. I have a client hosted and he had 5 mail accounts. One of then is not working... well we try to enter and the user and password is rejected.
    We try accessing www.domain/webmail, on the cpanel and then webmail and on the outlook... is not accepting the user and password.

    I try:

    1. Change the password of the mail account - not solved
    2. to delete all the host account and then restore - not solved
    3. to delete only the mail account wit problems and then create it from zero it works... but the problem is that the client have e-mails there. And I can't delete this account to the client do not lose the e-mails.

    How do I proceed to fix this?

    I recommend letting our technical analysts login to your server and diagnose this issue with you. Offhand, this sounds like a file permissions issue on the file that stores the password hash for that email account. However, our technical analysts will be able to definitively determine if that, or something else, is causing this and be able to take corrective action.
