httpd is not start at boot or reboot the vps. Here is my log:

FYI: If I restart apache from command line or WHM interface it runs without any issue.

    Any clue?

You may need to increase the open file limits, from the CLI check:
    Code:
    cat /proc/sys/fs/file-max
If the value is really low increase it, example:
    Code:
    echo “1630634″ > /proc/sys/fs/file-max
If increasing the value works you need to make sure the value loads at the next reboot so add it to /etc/sysctl.conf
    # Maximum number of open files permitted
    fs.file-max = 1630634
To load the new values from the sysctl.conf file, run:
    Code:
    sysctl -p /etc/sysctl.conf
    Then restart httpd

    This is my current value
