EA4 customize button just reloads the page

Hello,

I was trying to customize the EA4 profile but it doesn't do anything besides reloading the page.

I mention I have already ran "upcp ---force" and cPanel is at 80.0.15. Also it was saying there are no default profiles and that I should run "yum install ea-profiles-cpanel" but when I did it said ea-profiles are already installed and up to date. In the end I have saved "Currently installed packages" and that message dissappeared but it's still impossible to customize the currently installed packages.

What else should I try?

What is the output of the following:

rpm -qa |grep ea-profiles-cpanel

If there is output to that command (meaning it's installed) does the issue persist after you run the following:

yum reinstall ea-profiles-cpanel
