Whats up with easyapache? Howcome postgresql is installed yet easyapache fails in the middle of the compile?

checking for Verisign Payflow Pro support... no
    checking for PostgreSQL support... yes
configure: error: Cannot find libpq-fe.h. Please specify correct PostgreSQL installation path
make: *** No rule to make target `clean'. Stop.
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
make: *** No rule to make target `install'. Stop.
    ./build all
    ./build install
    Waiting for httpd to restart..............finished.

Then it aborts and restart Apache? Where is this file and why cant we recompile easyapache with postgresql support?

If this is the way people get treated because they are vocal about his software being a major pain in the ass and a security issue, lock people out of the forums and restricts them from seeing their own posts then one needs to post his doing all over the net. I will do so in webhostingtalk.com. Dont think i wont air the dirty laundry. This is bullshit. **** him!
