    Hello to all :)

    I have a server with Cpanel 11

    AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3500+

    Centos 4.5 x64
    Apache 1.3.37
    Php 4.4.4
    Mysql 4.x

    2GB ram, SATA DISKS.

    608 accounts.

    So good.
    I went to Configure PHP and SuExec in WHM and it suggested migrating to EayUpdate and that my Apache and php where built in version 10.

    I first tried sucked really bad regarding performance, so I went back to phpsuexec.

    Default PHP Version (.php files) 4
    PHP 5 Handler none
    PHP 4 Handler dso
    Suexec on

    So I see httpd.conf is heavily a result my server is running worse than before migrating, what should I do?

    * Switch to Apache 2.x ?
    * Update php version?
    * Why my server is slower than before? could It be the zillion includes in httpd.conf line?
    * Is DSO php4 handler the best?

    Please advice.
