Easy way to do a mass account IP change?

I'm needing to change the IP of 100+ accounts, or basically all accounts that are using IP "x", to be using IP "y". The "Change Multiple Sites' IP" page in WHM is great but having to manually choose each account's IP is an issue with the number of accounts I have so it becomes useless.

Is there a better method to do this in cPanel? Or, some javascript that will automatically change all the IP selection box in the Change Multiple Sites page to the same IP?

You can use the following option to change all accounts from IP address to another:

"WHM Home » IP Functions » IP Migration Wizard"
