This problem started Jan 31 at approx 8AM MST.

https connections to my domain quit working for about 5 minutes and starts working again. It repeats constantly. No changes were made to the system, running httpd in debug mode reveals the following below.

Of note imap(ssl) is not working on the same schedule as well and SSH connections hang.

We have ruled out the NIC, datacenter sniffing of it's outbound port to me shows the traffic going in. telnet localhost 443 also fails when this is going on. csf/lfd iptables have been disabled, reboots etc. Nothing can reliably fix the problem even httpd restarts or stop/starts. Removing and reinstalling reissuing the cert does nothing as well.

It appears that this bug https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=46952 might be the cause, but were not entirely sure.

    Code:
[Wed Feb 01 22:00:21 2012] [info] Subsequent (No.32) HTTPS request received for child 22 (server frontrangehosting.com:443)
    [Wed Feb 01 22:00:31 2012] [debug] ssl_engine_io.c(1908): OpenSSL: I/O error, 5 bytes expected to read on BIO#1edfa250 [mem: 1ee2d330]

[Wed Feb 01 22:00:31 2012] [debug] ssl_engine_kernel.c(1884): OpenSSL: Write: SSL negotiation finished successfully

Can anyone help with this or point me in the right direction. This is costing me time and money as customers can not access whmcs nor can I make sales.
