After migrating my VPS to a new Server
Some 2.2 OpenCart stores are with blank page
I'm using: Currently Installed Packages // Contains Apache 2.4, PHP 5.4, PHP 5.5, PHP 5.6 and PHP 7.0

Could you let us know the permission and ownership values on the /tmp directory on this system? Here's a command you can use:

stat /tmp

Also, do the affected accounts use custom php.ini files? If so, ensure to review the following document:
