Hello,
I've tried searching for any information for the Case ID EA-3991 which comes into play when migrating from EasyApache 3 to 4 but I can't seem to find any information outside of a single link back to the referencing article Current Status of EasyApache 4.
I've inherited administration responsibilities on a server that needs to migrate to EA4 and all of the potential issues listed on the article I'm prepared to deal with but I'm at a loss for what the above mentioned Case ID means.
The server I'm prepping for the upgrade has been in service for about 4 years and has seen a number of updates through the cPanel versions so I want to make sure I don't run into site breaking issues.
I don't see how or where "Migrate Apache user data includes from EasyApache 3" would come into play. I haven't really touched cPanel in about 5 years but I've had plenty of linux experience and I'm just hoping there isn't some blindingly obvious meaning. It doesn't help that I've mostly been using nginx on other servers over that time so the once familiar Apache setup feels strange by comparison.
Thank you for any help you can provide.
