Every time I use EasyApache cpanel modifies the htaccess preventing the use of php in html files.

    Before:
    AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .html .htm .php

    After:
    #AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .html .htm .php

How do I know which files have been modified to restore them?

I've not encountered the EasyApache build modifying user .htaccess files, are you sure you're not specifying that in the httpd.conf? It would make sense that it's being reset if you are.

Hello garrettp, thanks for your help. I upgraded apache twice in a month and I have had to delete de # character in these .htaccess files only after AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5.

I know which domains are affected but it is hard to restore these files each time.
