SOLVED EasyApache Update fails to complete

hello can you help me in this

each time I try to update apache via EasyApache or yum it was fail can you help

Hi,

There may be some dependency resolve issue. Can you check if yum update works properly?

I made support ticket and they solve it for me this is the issue and how they solve it:

After taking a look at your server it appears the issue was being caused by the "/etc/apache2/logs" directory not being a symlink to /var/log/apache2 which was leading to the failure. I went ahead and moved the old logs directory out of the way which allowed the update to go through.
