some of my image fall into 404 page not found and happed in wp-admin panel as well.
eg: save draft or publishing a post

base on cpanel error:
client denied by server on the image path or wp-admin

Do you have root access to the system? If so, you can access the server as root via SSH to view the log file:

Or, you can check the most recent Apache error messages via the "Errors" option in cPanel:
