    I upgraded to EDGE to use mysql 5 (now available).

    however, I'm getting these errors;

    root@server3 [~]# /scripts/restartsrv_eximstats

    root@server3 [~]# DBI connect('eximstats:localhost','eximstats',...) failed: Access denied for user 'eximstats'@'localhost' (using password: YES) at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/eximstats line 230
    Can't Connect: at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/eximstats line 231.

    root@server3 [~]# mysql
    ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

    I had already ran /scripts/mysqlup --force and also server update via whm. Nothing works.

    Cpanel is not creating mysql usernames/databases after upgrading to verison 5 on the serer successfully.

    Password hashing didn't change in 5.0 again, did it? This is for someone with a 4.0 to 4.1 transition, right? If so, you just need to recompile DBD::MySQL. The command is in the tweak settings page.
