    I dont have access to Php.ini. I need the following things to be done.

    1. Global registry off
    2. create a temporary upload directory

    Please help

    If you are not the hosting provider and you cannot create your own php.ini file to have it work on your account, you would need to contact your hosting provider to ask for assistance. We cannot enable nor change php.ini values for you here on this forum.
