What are the commands to setup my Rdns (PTR) through my WHM. I noticed there was a PTR setting where you set A or CNAME commands

Do note that there's no point in setting up rDNS records unless your NOC has delegated authority for the IP address/block to you, otherwise they have to do it for you.
