    :(
    Hi,

    Using the Reseller WHM,
it's quite intriguing to see that
the DNS entries of my account main domain only cannot be edited
while those of all other add-on and parked domains can.

I can not find my main domain in the dropdown list of domains
to choose in order to edit the DNS information.

When I try to "Add a DNS Zone" for my account main domain,
an error message comes up saying, "Sorry, a DNS entry for
main_domain.com already exists, please delete it first."

I wonder where does it already exist.
I wonder why the main domain can not be selected directly
    from the dropdown list.

Does anybody know where to go and what to do?

most likely you are not the owner of you main domain it is most likley owned by root contact your provider to change this

    Dalem, thanks for your hint.

Is it usually true that a reseller is unable(not allowed) to access the DNS zone of his master domain?
