In cPanel 11.44 and previous the Mod Security WHM plugin allowed editing modsec2.user.conf via the "Edit Config" button.

After updating to 11.46 the plugin has disappeared and has been replaced with two new menu items under the "security" heading. The "ModSecurity Configuration" screen allows configuration of a few selected variables, but as far as I can tell there is no longer a way of editing modsec2.user.conf directly (to include rules files provided by third parties, for example).

Am I overlooking something, or is this no longer supported via WHM?
