Editing New Account Info

Hello all
when creating a new account and it sends the New Account Info to the users email
is there a way to change the nameserver info so it sends the ones i have created in WHM
example -

hi,
sorry new a/c info is not mailed to Contact Email you mentioned while creating a/c.

you would need to manually make a welcome mail if you are not using any third party tool/script.

ahh right so no info gets sent to the user
just to the admin?
