I created account with Web Host Manager and I would like to register .pri.ee domain
    as lahe.pri.ee

(.pri.ee is extension like .com or .net)

However how could I make eenet.ee to read my nameservers as needed?

    ns9.dailydns.com 69.16.202.18
    ns10.dailydns.com 69.16.202.19

What should I edit to get 69.16.202.18 and 69.16.202.19 to respond as name server IPs ?

Mistake! nameserver name does not resolve into IP!
Mistake! nameserver name does not resolve into IP! (translating from estonian)

Basically I have two name servers and Im trying to create account from 4GB space and to register a domain name also.
I can't manage to find solution for that.

You need to specify the IP of nameserver.
In zone file it be like this:

    ns.yourdomain.tld 14400 IN A 123.123.133.123
    ns2.yourdomain.tld 1440 IN A 132.132.123.321

AND the domain must point to nameservers like:
    domain. 14400 IN NS ns.yourdomain.
    domain. 14400 IN NS ns2.yourdomain.

    Then EEnet accepts your application.
    PS. Don't forgot the SOA

    Have a nice day.
