    Hello Everyone!

    Your feedback is essential to helping improve cPanel and WHM on a daily basis, and I'd like to provide you with some information on how you can use the "Like" button to provide us with that feedback.

    Detailed responses to existing forum threads are encouraged, but we understand that many cPanel and WHM users work in fast-pace environments with little time to formulate a full response to a thread. It’s often more practical to simply wait for the resolution, and move on. With that in-mind, I’d like to encourage everyone to take advantage of the “Like” feature under each post:


    Here are a few scenarios where liking a post is effective:

    • You have the same question, or face the same problem.
    • It answers your question, or solves a problem you were facing.
    • To express gratitude.
    • You learned valuable information.

    This is a quick and easy way to provide us with feedback on the issues affecting your interaction with cPanel and WHM, while also helping us to measure an issue's impact on the product.
