Elevation Block to Alma Linux

I have a ticket into cpanel which has been sitting there for over 18 hours, but I am sure someone else went through this.... I am trying to get ready to migrate from CentOS to Alma.... I run the script to see if I am able to but keep on running into the below issue... I only have PHP 8.0 installed via EA4 and all sites are also running PHP 8.0 (also inherited).... I cleaned up and re provisioned the profile and packages to only use PHP 8.0.... Anyone else have this issue or have an idea? TIA

Thanks for the response... I have gotten past this point now, but the update fails at stage 3 because its requesting 155 gigs more space... Not sure why an OS install/upgrade/migrate would even need that much space? Its a 80gb drive, I can extended this but it really makes no sense.... Any ideas?

I recommend a clean install.

My 3 servers, which I switched to with the elevate method, are no longer stable, a service crashes every day, and I get frequent crash mails. I regret.

I am getting the same Elevation Blocker message even after editing all of my packages to only reference PHP 8.1 and removing all older versions from my server. When I run rpm -qa | grep "ea-php" | grep -E "(5[4-6])|(7[0-1])" at a terminal command prompt I get no output.

What did you do to resolve the error on your server?

Just an update to report that as of 01/29/23 I am no longer getting the Elevation Blocker message on server.
