Email access problem: "Temporary local problem – please try later"

    Our client is being temporarily blocked from accessing email - they receive "Temporary local problem – please try later" message in Outlook.

    When, I check exim_mainlog - I see the following error messages, can anyone advise on cause of problem / fix?
