Client's email account worked last night. This morning, he learned people are getting bounced emails when sending to him. He isn't getting copies. I thought maybe it was a quota issue so checked his email account in the "Email Management" area. No email accounts are listed! He did not remove them and hasn't accessed his cpanel in over 2 weeks.

He uses OUtlook and not webmail.

    How is this possible???

You must check the server logs or contact the hosting account provider or server provider because E-mail account won't get deleted automatically, simply check the cPanel access logs.....

    Hello :)

Please ensure your email accounts are listed in the following file:

    Code:
    /home/username/etc/domain.com/passwd
You will need to restore the "/home/username/etc" directory from backup if there are no email accounts listed in the above file. Or, you can re-create the email accounts.

    Thank you.
