Email Account Problem!

    Hello,

    I am facing a strange problem. I added a new email account in CPanel, I am able to send email using the account webmail and IMAP however I am not able to receive email to that account.

    I do not get a bounce back message either, I can see it going through the logs. I deleted the account and tried re-adding same problem.

    Any suggestions?

    Check the mail queue, make sure something weird isn't going on there.
